President
Amy is a Financial Advisor for Ameriprise Financial in Windom. She is a graduate of Red Rock Central High School. She has a BS in Accounting with a certificate of taxation from the University of MN, Crookston. She also serves as a member of the Patient and Family Advisory Committee for Windom Area Health, member on the Windom Convention & Visitors Bureau, and as President of the Windom Area Development Committee. Her husband, Jeff, works for Toro in the Fabrication department as an Engineer. They have three children, Alex, Jayce and Rylee. In her free time, she enjoys running, gardening, camping with the family and just about any outdoor activity.

Vice President
Jeff is General Manager and Certified Director of Safety with Fortune Transportation where he has been working since May 2017. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Transportation and Logistics Management. Jeff serves on many local, state, and national boards but his proudest career moment was leading Soldiers in the Army Reserves for 13 years and two deployments as a Convoy Commander, Platoon Sergeant, and Operations Non-Commissioned Officer while obtaining the rank of Staff Sergeant. Jeff has been married to his wife, Rachel, for 19 years and they have three children (Kevin, Melanie, and Wyatt). Jeff is also a current member of the Woodworker’s Guild of America.
Treasurer
Lisa is the Executive Assistant at Staples Oil Co., Inc. She is a graduate of Windom Area High School and the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management with a BSB in Marketing. Lisa enjoys and has been involved in the marketing, planning, and execution of programs and events for many large and small corporations. In her free time, she enjoys golf, time at the lake, and spending time with family. Lisa lives in Windom with her husband Ryan and son Rixon, and is excited to be involved in the Windom community!
Executive Board Member
Tim holds a Bachelors Degree from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University & have over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. Tim is the insurance agent for United Prairie in Windom and Mountain Lake. Tim is an avid runner, loves fishing, kayaking, boating and most anything outdoors. I have served on various Church Boards & Council at American Lutheran Church for over 10 years. Tim has lived in Windom for twelve years.

Steve and his wife, Laura own KDOM radio. Steve has 40 years experience in radio and marketing. Steve has a B.S. from University of Nebraska at Kearney. Steve does and has served on various church and community boards over the years in the community. Steve has always believed in being involved in the community. Steve and Laura have been married for 36 years, they have 2 grown sons, 4 grandchildren and a dog named Otis. Steve (KDOM) focus is to promote Windom and Southwest Minnesota and helping Windom continue to thrive and grow.

Brittany is a Retail Associate at Bank Midwest in Windom where she has been working since 2015. She currently serves as a member for the Windom Convention & Visitors Bureau and Riverfest Board. Her husband Jordan works for his family business, Higley Ford, as General Manager. They have 3 children: Olivia, Grayson, and Eliana. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, time at the lake, and spending time with family. She looks forward to being more involved in this great community!

Ali is the Ag / Commercial Specialist with Leading Edge Credit Union. Ali loves being a part of the community and brining her kids to enjoy the events. Ali and her husband, Bret, have 4-children (Sophia, Brantley, Scarlette, and Brekken). Ali is newer to the Windom area and have enjoyed getting to know small town life compared to where she grew up in Brainerd.

Educational Background: Graduated from Sioux Central High School in Sioux Rapids, Iowa in 2018. Graduated from Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa in 2022 with a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Exercise Science, minor in Psychology, and career concentration in Strength & Conditioning. Just recently became a certified Exercise Physiologist to help cover in Cardiac Rehab.
Occupation & Business Experience: Grew up working on the farm my whole life, so I love and feel right at home in a rural community - however Windom feels enormous to me! Currently the Community Health and Wellness Manager at Windom Area Health.
Community Service & Interests: Loves anything with people and bringing people together - obviously love anything that has to do with exercise/physical activity. I really just like to bring joy to people - make them laugh and feel good.
Family: My husband, Isaac and I got married in December of 2022. We moved to area because we would be close to his parents.
Other Information: I enjoy being active - doing just about anything: biking, walking, running, fishing, hunting, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. I love being with the people I love and bringing joy to people through food, intentional conversation, laughter, and good company.

Derek has a family of four including his wife Darci, Dawson(4), Reese (2), and their newborn. He works at Toro as the Paint/Weld Manager and has been with the company for 14 years. His hobbies include fishing, hunting, archery, Christmas lighting, anything outdoors, and watching his kids grow and learn. He run a series of Bass tournaments focusing on area lakes that are open to the public. He enjoys living in the Windom area and looks forward to being more involved with community events and bringing some fun!

Chris is a graduate of Dakota State University with a degree in Management & Marketing. Chris is Owner and Office Admin at Wolf Therapeutics Massage and also Office Admin at Ameriprise Financial. Chris also serves as Secretary on the Board of Windom Public Library. Chris enjoys spending time with her husband Jeremy and their 7-year old daughter Hayden.
Board Director
Bryan has been the Windom Area High School Principal since 2019. He grew up in the small town of Janesville, MN, graduating HS in 2001. Bryan attended MSU, Mankato majoring in Secondary Education with a Social Studies emphasis. Windom Area Schools hired Bryan in 2006. He earned a Master's in Educational Leadership in 2012 and a Specialist Degree in School Administration in 2017. Much of Bryan's community involvement stems from helping students complete their senior Eagle Achievement service learning projects. Bryan served one term on the Windom City Council from 2015-2018. During his term on the council, he served on many boards and commissions and continued on the Parks & Recreation board until 2022. Bryan has a passion for local engagement and the continuous improvement of our community. Bryan and wife, Amy, were married in 2005 and have four children; Jackson, Olivia, Colin & Ethan.
