The Windom Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to introduce the Rising Stars program to their membership. This is designed to honor and train individuals under the age of 35 who are emerging leaders in your organization. This program will recognize up to 10 individuals who represent the best of our up and coming leaders in our community. These individuals exemplify good character, leadership and professionalism not only at work, but in the communities they serve.
These individuals should show the promise of and a commitment to impacting their workplace and the community in a positive manner through professional achievement. Nominees must actively work in a Windom Area Chamber of Commerce member business and are required to have been employed for more than a year. Nominees must not be 36 prior to Dec. 31, 2019.
