Rising Stars

Rising Stars is paused for 2023.

The Windom Chamber provides an exclusive young professionals training program called Rising Stars. This program is designed to honor and train individuals under the age of 35 who are emerging leaders in your organization. This program will recognize up to 10 individuals annually who represent the best of our up and coming leaders in the community. These individuals must exemplify good character, leadership and professionalism not only at work, but in the communities they serve.

Nominee qualifications:

These individuals should show the promise of and a commitment to impacting their workplace and the community in a positive manner through professional achievement. Nominees must also show they not only perform their jobs to a high standard, but they also have a commitment to furthering their knowledge and leadership abilities. Nominees must actively work in a Windom Area Chamber of Commerce member business and are required to have been employed for more than a year. Nominees must not be 36 prior to December 31 of their qualifying nomination year.
